billed according to the resource consumed during the execution of the project.
➵ Fixed Price Model (FPM)
Projects executed on a Fixed Price Basis at customer site or at VED's Design Center. We
will have a full agreement of targeted milestone and take responsibility of them. The cost
of project is mutually decided upfront.
➵ Offshore Development Center (ODC)
Isolated and Secured area dedicated to the client inside VED's premises, where only
authorized engineers can have access. Work can be done in clients network. In this model
we are committed to provide some shadow resource as a contingency Plan.
➵ Hybrid Model (HM)
This model is a mix of onsite and offshore model. Some engineers will work in a customer
site and some will work in VED's Design Center.
